GJA Elects New Executives

The Ghana Journalist Association has elected Affail Monney as its new President. The Editor at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation stood unopposed and was elected accordingly. Other national executives elected include, Mathias Tibu as Vice president, Dave Agbenu, General Secretary. Mr Tibu, a staff of the Ghana Institute of Journalism polled 316 votes to beat his closest challenger Abu Issa Monnie of Peace FM who got 216.
