According to him, government is not against profit, adding that: “All we are asking is that you pay your taxes for developmental activities to continue”.
The Regional Minister was speaking at the opening of Anaji Choice Mart, popularly known as Anaji Mall, at a suburb in Takoradi.
He congratulated Maybek Services Limited, the parent company of Baatsona Total Service Station, for constructing the Anaji Mall in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.
“You have also done well by providing over 100 jobs for indigenes within the region. As a people, we should patronize our own and make this enterprise thrive, we welcome more of such into the region” he added.
Mr. Kingsley Nyarko, General Manager of Maybek Services Limited explained that: “opening of the Anaji Choice Mart presents an opportunity to bring authentic modern everyday items required in households to the doorsteps of people residing in the area”.
He said the company’s commitment to provide the social needs of individuals, families and the community as a whole is undeniable and a step in the right direction as the shop offers a one stop shop for consumers within the area.

He added that the company will work at supplying authentic households’ items and deliverables that satisfied customers and ensured value for money.
