PPP government will meet the expectations of the people

Achiase (Ash), Nov 21, GNA – A government by the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) would be sincere and work hard to meet the expectations of Ghanaians, Mr. Isaac Prah, the party’s parliamentary candidate for Ejisu, has said.        A PPP government would pursue programmes and interventions that would bring jobs and create wealth for the people he said when addressing separate campaign rallies at Achiase, Kyem, Akokoamon and Okyerekrom.         Mr Prah said the nation could not continue with the failed policies of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and called on the electorate to kick the government out of office.         The PPP, he said, offered the only hope for the nation and appealed to the people to give their votes to its presidential candidate, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, and the party’s parliamentary candidates.              Mr Prah, who is campaigning on improving education, employment, sanitation and good drinking water, appealed to his supporters not to engage in any acts likely to trigger violence.   GNA...
