The Presbyterians Boys Senior High School, Legon have qualified to the quarter-final stage of the ongoing National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
They beat Saint John’s Grammar School and Accra Academy which was considered a favourite in the contest.
Having suffered an early blow from Accra Academy in the early round of the contest, PRESEC staged an impressive comeback in the 4th and 5th rounds to end the contest with 45 points against Accra Academy’s 26 points.
Saint John’s Grammar School ended the contest with 31 points.
