Black Stars captain Andre Dede Ayew after scoring to help Swansea City book a place in the English Championship play-offs has been praised by his head coach, Steve Cooper.
The Midfielder scored late in the game to restore Swansea’s lead before Thomas Estevetes scored a stoppage time goal to level matters for Reading.
According to Cooper, Ayew is a big player who in his heart places the interest of the team first.
“Andre is a really good player and a really good person.
“The team comes first with him, not himself. You saw that today.
“He thrives on being the big player and we’re very happy to have him,” Cooper said.
Ayew has been instrumental for Swansea City this season, scoring 16 goals and helping them qualify for the Play-offs which can send them back to the Premier League.
