Bechem United head coach Kobina Amissah was all smiles on Sunday after his team drew goalless with Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.
The Hunters locked horns with the Phobians at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium today in their Week 21 fixture of the 2025/26 league campaign.
In a match largely dominated by Hearts of Oak, Bechem United defended resolutely to secure a crucial point at the end of the contest.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Kobina Amissah shared his satisfaction with the result, assuring fans that his team will go for a win against Young Apostles in their next match.
“We came in with a strategy to at least hold them and go back with a point,” the coach said.
Kobina Amissah added, “They [Young Apostles] beat us 3-2 over there. So, it’s our time to take revenge. So we are going to make sure we get our points at Bechem.”
Following the draw with Hearts of Oak on Sunday, Bechem United are now 11th on the Ghana Premier League standings.
