The vociferous Deputy National Organizer of the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has advised party members, especially Aspirants for various party positions at the Constituencies, Regional and National levels to run their campaigns devoid of personal attacks and insults.
The NDC after a successful run of its Branch elections, have set 23rd June, 2018 as the date for the conduct of its Constituency Executive Elections across all 275 Constituencies in the Country.
As nominations for the constituency executive elections opens from Monday 7th May to Friday 11th May 2018, the Deputy National Organizer, Mr Joshua Hamidu Akamba has admonished Aspirants to be cautious of the fact that the NDC would need all of its members to help the party win Elections 2020 hence campaign for various party positions must be more decorous, devoid of false accusations, tribal sentiments and personal attacks.

He made these known in a Facebook post on May 3, 2018 said “The NDC wins, when we agree to disagree without insults and personal attacks. The NDC wins when we respect each other and work together to project the umbrella rather than our parochial interest”.
