In a landmark convergence of global capital and African innovation, Singapore's TSC Global and Nigeria’s Del-York Group have sealed a transformative $4.5 billion joint venture agreement, marking the largest single investment in Africa's creative and technological future. The historic signing ceremony in Singapore, attended virtually by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, launches the development of Lagos Film City (Kebulania) - a visionary ecosystem that will redefine Africa's position in the global creative economy.
Architectural work will commence in Q1-2025, with construction following in late Q2-2025.
