Ghana’s WBO Interim Super Bantamweight Champion Isaac Dogboe has threatened to knockout American Jessie Magdelano if he agrees to fight him for the WBO Super Bantamweight Belt.
The American(25-0-18KOs) who has been out injured is the Main WBO super Bantamweight Champion and is set to take on the Ghanaian boxing prodigy in April if negotiations work out as planned in a fight that will unify the WBO Super Bantamweight Belts.
“I respect him a lot because it’s not easy being a champion but I will knock him out if he agrees to fight me, I’m getting stronger every passing day and am confident I will win that bout”, Isaac Dogboe told Benjamin Yamoah in an exclusive interview on Ultimate 106.9FM in Kumasi.
“Like i always say put a good boxer in front of me and you will get the best out of me and the bout with Jessie Magdelano won’t be any different, it won’t be my own doing but by the grace of God”.
Isaac Dogboe (18-0-12KOs) knocked out Mexican Cesar Juarez a fortnight ago to become the Interim WBO Super Bantamweight Champion and the main contender for the Championship fight.
Isaac Royal Storm Dogboe who is trained by his father, a former British Soldier Paul Dogboe became the youngest Ghanaian Boxing Champion after his win over Cesar Juarez at the Bukom Boxing Emporium in Ghana.
