Josephine Dadson mother of seven and grandmother of five is married to Rev. Eben Kwaku Dadson Head Pastor of the Revival Life Outreach Church (Father’s Love Cathedral).
She is into ministry of the gospel, a Human Resource Personnel and a Caterer by profession.
Auntie Phina as she is affectionately called loves children especially babies. She also loves nurturing young people in the will and purpose of God.
“I desire to see the youth being trained and not reared,” she says.
For Mrs Dadson motherhood is both “a natural trait and a role that women can be trained in.”
She does not encourage the excuse of working parents substituting time with their children for showering provisions on them.
“Our mothers today are so busy; they leave before their kids are up. They come back home when their kids are asleep. They earn all the monies and they think that providing for their kids is generally training them. But I think that they need to be brought to the point where they will know that providing for their kids is not training them. They need to make time to train their kids,” she said.
“Mothers should know that we need to plan the training of our kids. It is not enough to just provide for our kids. Providing for our kids is not training them. We must take time to know each kid and what they stand for and what we believe their lives are for and then consciously train them to become what they are supposed to be.”
“The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 that you should train up the child the way he or she should go and when they are grown, they will not depart from them. If you are not training, unfortunately for you the child is also growing in a certain way and when the child is grown, it will be very difficult to change the child. That is how come we have so many misfits in our society. We need to plan the training of our kids to have a very wonderful society,” Message from Auntie Phina.
Mrs Dadson, comes on board the Mother Supremo with an aspiration to help mothers to know the rudiments of training their children in what she calls, ”a godly and respectable way.”
“I would love to invite friends, family and loved ones to Mother Supremo a program by Ultimate fm to celebrate mothers on Mothers’ Day. I want all children and all mothers to come around so that we can bond and fellowship together as family. It promises to be wonderful, it promises to be lovely as we cook, as we share and have fun. I hope and believe we will all be impacted.”
It appears she has all the academic and practical experience in her arsenals for the cooking challenge. But it still remains a challenge to be battled out among other family oriented contests on the 14th of May Mothers’ Day on the premises of Ultimate 106.9 fm in Kumasi where the Mother Supremo will be crowned and ushered into a community impact project which will be supported by Ultimate FM.
