Italian club AC Milan have reportedly presented Dani Olmo a way out of the mess surrounding his registration issues by offering a six-month loan option.
Milan are keen on bringing the Spaniard to Italy if Barcelona are unable to register him this January.
Already Barcelona had their registration process for Olmo rejected by both the Spanish Football Federation, RFEF, and La Liga, but are looking to appeal in court.
They hope to resolve the situation next week through the CSD or the ordinary courts, with Olmo regarding staying in Barcelona as his main option.
Although Olmo is only interested in playing for the Blaugrana club and is starting to feel nervous, he is already starting to consider other options in case he is unable to stay at the club.
If Dani Olmo is unable to register, he has the option to permanently end his contract, although he has no intention of doing so. His agent made it obvious that he would uphold the terms of the contract, and he had always desired to return to Barcelona.
AC Milan offer
Italian daily newspaper Corriere de la Sera is reporting that Milan have offered to take him in for six months, allowing him to rejoin Barcelona in June.
Milan are also ready to pay his salary in full until June per the same report.
Barcelona have assured Olmo and Pau Victor that they will be registered by the end of the January transfer window, but the possibility of Olmo being unemployed and losing his place in the Spanish national team is real.
He might consider the Milan option if the registration appeal fails as he will be playing at the highest level and in the UEFA Champions League.
