This video shows how important it is to have the correct weight balance when towing a trailer, to avoid losing control of your vehicle.

In this demonstration (using a miniature car and trailer), the car remains in control with at least 60% of the weight toward the front of the trailer. As soon as more weight is distributed toward the back, the car loses control.
