Dangerous school journeys abound in many parts of Ghana especially in northern Ghana where human settlements are sparsely constructed, the problem is even more prevalent.
Joy News’ Justice Baidoo who travelled to the Upper West regional town of Talewanaa to investigate how children as young as 12 travel long distances including crossing the Black Volta river to attend school.
The children who live in Burkina Faso travel to Ghanaian community every day to study.
