Yingluck to be charged by anti-graft body as clashes in Bangkok leave 4 dead
Thailand's anti-graft body said on Tuesday that it would charge premier Yingluck Shinawatra over the troubled state rice mortgage scheme, as clashes between police and protesters in central Bangkok left four people dead and at least 64 people injured.
