Medeama SC played a spirited game to beat Elmina Sharks 3-1 yesterday in their week 14 postponed Ghana Premier League match honoured at Tarkwa.
The game was rescheduled to yesterday following Sunday’s heavy downpour that rendered the pitch soggy.
John Arthur fired the hosts ahead on the 19th minute mark with Justic Blay doubling the lead after 33 minutes.
From then, it appeared to be an all Medeama show until Benjamin Tweneboah reduced the tally for the Sharks from Elmina.
The second half was an end to end action without a goal until the 90th minute when Justice Blay crowned his Man-of-the-Match display with a decent finish to send the Sharks home empty handed.
