An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Samuel Bright Acquah has adjourned the hearing of the assault on the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Henry Quartey, to February 1, 2023.
The decision follows a prayer by the prosecution to be granted more time to investigate the case.
However, the accused, Nii Odoi Kwao II, alias Robert Koomson, 61, and a retired Computer Programmer, after today’s court sitting, hinted that the case might be settled out of the legal parameters.
He explained that the matter is more family inclined but will wait for what would become of the criminal side.
