Two games were initially scheduled to take place today but today’s headliner between defending Champions Aduana Stars and giant’s Accra Hearts of Oak was postponed on Friday, November, 13 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The GFA decided to postpone the game between Aduana Stars and Accra Hearts of Oak due to the rising number of positive cases in the camp of the Phobians.
This means that the game between former Champions, Legon Cities and Berekum Chelsea today at the Accra Sports Stadium will be the only match football fans will see on the screens today.
The game will be played behind closed doors as per the directive from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The last time these two clubs met, it ended in a 2-0 win in favour of Berekum Chelsea at the Berekum Golden City Park in the truncated 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League.
Legon Cities would be coming into this game without their talisman, Asamoah Gyan who has been ruled out of this game by coach Goran Barjaktarevic
