The former Royal FC striker put pen to paper on a 3-year-deal for the Phobians on Thursday.
Kordzi, 22, impressed the technical handlers of the club on a two week trial by scoring 4goals and registered an assist before penning his signature.
The former Uncle T stars attacker, speaking on Oyerepa FM has already set his sight on writing his name into the history books of the Rainbow club.
''My target is to emerge as the goal King of the Special Competition" he said.
"I have signed 3 years for Hearts of Oak and I am very happy to join the Phobians."
"For the pressure at Hearts of Oak, my God will see me through."
"But for the team, as our coach has said our target is to win the Normalization Committee special competition."
