Acheampong collected a pass inside Tianjin TEDA's half and slalomed past two markers before releasing the ball.
He was then teed up by Johnathan inside the box for forward to connect home in the 13th minute.
Johnathan scored the second goal in the 44th minute to wrap up the win.
