The Deputy Minister said this when he paid a working visit to the Golden Jubilee Terminal where he interacted with importers, exporters and freight forwarders on some challenges confronting them.
He was in the company of the Director of Tema Port, Edward Osei, General Manager Operations, Tema Port, Abraham Mensah and other management staff of the port authority.
Titus Glover noted that the joint inspection at the ports which will see regulatory agencies conducting one inspection on cargoes will improve service delivery.
Titus Glover entreated the importers to submit genuine documents and also eschew under invoicing so as to avoid delays.
