The two teams will commemorate the celebration of Ghana’s Independence which runs through the year.
Speaking at the Press launch on Tuesday, deputy Sports Minister Hon Pius Hadzide pledged government support by indicating the President will grace the occasion.
“His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo will be there to grace the occasion on Monday God willing,” he said.
"This game is very important and forms part of Ghana’s Independence Day celebration therefor the President has promised to be there and he will be the special guest of honor.”
Hearts of Oak last defeated Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium in the Ghana Premier League.
