Bibiani Gold Stars goalkeeper Emmanuel Kobi believes the team has taken important steps forward after a challenging start to the season.
He explained that despite the early issues, the group has stayed focused and worked hard to improve their form.
Gold Stars have played 12 league games so far, keeping five clean sheets in the process. Kobi feels these numbers show the team’s steady growth. Heading into their next match, they sit 4th on the league table with 22 points and remain determined to push higher.
Speaking to Gold Stars TV, Kobi shared that the team is gradually overcoming their early struggles. "I think for the start of this season the team faced a lot of difficulties we are now resolving things. We have played 12 games and kept five clean sheets I think the process everything will be fine," he told the club’s media.
Gold Stars will travel to the Nsenkyire Sports Arena on Sunday to face Samartex, who have won three and lost two of their last five matches. The team hopes their improved rhythm and strong defensive record will help them get another positive result.
