Norway-based Isaac Twum is determined to help Ghana's U23 team qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
But the IK Start midfielder and his international teammates must see of Gabon in the penultimate CAF U23 Cup of Nations qualifier.
The Meteors face the Gabonese on Saturday in the first leg and the return leg scheduled for Libreville on 26 March.
''I think we are very ready. If you look at the performance we put up in training today, I think I am amazed,'' Twum told Kwese Sports.
''It gives us the confidence. We the foreigners (players) we are just joining the national team so I think it's a great feeling.''

He also spoke about the Black Meteors being in top shape for the qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.
