AshantiGold want to organize a four-team tournament at the Len Clay Sports Stadium in Obuasi in two weeks.
The Miners want to host Aduana Stars, Medeama SC and Liberty Professionals in a two-day tournament.
It will run from 18-19 January 2019.
AshantiGold are yet to get confirmation from the three Ghana Premier League clubs.
