Black Stars new boy William Owusu has joined the national team camp in Ethiopia ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya on Saturday.
The Royal Antwerp forward was invited for the first time by coach Kwesi Appiah after an impressive start to the Belgium Jupiler League.
The striker has scored in his last two games in Belgium and with Asamoah Gyan and Emmanuel Boateng out of the squad, the striker is set to make his debut for Ghana.
The 28 year old joined 15 other players for training in Addis Ababa as coach Appiah seeks to maintain the perfect start to the AFCON qualifiers.
The Black Stars demolished Ethiopia 5-0 in the first game of the qualifiers in Kumasi.
William Owusu could be paired with Raphael Dwamena and might be paired with Majeed Waris upfront.
Meanwhile, coach Kwesi Appiah is expected to have his full squad today in Addis Ababa as the team continues with preparations for Saturday's encounter.
Harrison Afful is the only player left to arrive from the United States, after scoring for Columbus Crew over the weekend.
