Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has called on fans of the club to troop in massively to support the club on Sunday in the crucial encounter against Champions Aduana Stars.
The Porcupine Warriors have been on a run of fine form having gone three games without a defeat, winning two and drawing one.
However ahead of the big game against Aduana, the shot stopper who has been on tremendous form called the fans to keep supporting the club as they reverse the disappointment of the first season.
“The message to the fans is that we want to thank them for the support they keep on give us. We are working for them so when they come out in numbers to support us, it motivates us,” he said.
“I am calling on the fans to come out in numbers on Sunday to support us with their prayers and we the players are also working hard in traning to make sure we win on Sunday. So I implore them to come out and support us to finish the first round on a high note,” he added.
The defending Champions Aduana Stars have had a difficult campaign combining both domestic and continental football.
However, in midweek they beat Bechem United as they seek to revive their campaign.
