Indonesian side Persib Bandung do not want to repeat the mistakes made during the signing of Michael Essien as they are set to hire coach Roberto Carlos Mario Gomez.
Persib want to complete his visa requirements and work permit before announcing the former Valencia coach.
In April, the club came under scrutiny for failing to secure the necessary paper works for Essien and Carlton Cole to play in the Asian country.
The punishment for flouting Indonesian immigrations laws can fines of up to £30,0000 and five years in prison.
