Banned J.O Lamptey to appeal FIFA’s decision according to insiders
After days of deliberation one-time Ghana best referee J.O Lamptey has decided to appeal the decision from the World footballs governing body that bares him from taking part in any football related decision.
The immigration officer was handed a life time ban that prevents him from taking part in any football activity after he awarded a dubious penalty to South Africa in a 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Senegal.
