Accra, June 27, GNA - Referee Leslie Patrick Cross, the ring official for the bout between Wasiru “GyataBi” Mohammed of Ghana and Loren Japhet of Tanzania for the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Global Super Bantamweight title, has arrived in Ghana for the fight.
Referees Cross touched down on Wednesday, June 26, for the crucial fight between the Ghanaian and the Tanzanian and would be lodging at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.
This is the second time he would be officiating in Ghana after he officiated the fight between Emmanuel Tagoe vs Paulus Moses fight in October last year at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
The fight, which would be organized by E&J Boxing Promotions, would go for GH¢20.00 for Popular Stand, GH¢50 for Regular and 100gh for VIP stands.
