NC announces match officials for Women’s Special competition

Accra, March 12, GNA - The Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalization Committee (NC), has announced match officials for the Women’s Special Competition to be played on Wednesday, March 13, at the various centres.

Referee Barikisu Salifu has been appointed to officiate the local derby involving Fabulous Ladies and Kumasi Sports Academy at the Wesley College Park.

She would be assisted on the lines by Rasheeda Issah and Tayita Yussif with the fourth referee being Mariam Fuseini. Patience Azuedem would be the Match Commissioner for the day.

Also in Group A at the Police Depot Park, Ashtown Ladies would host Supreme Ladies with referee Theresa Bremansu scheduled to handle the encounter. Referee Janet Aidoo, Cynthia Mensah and Cynthia Anuyera would officiate from the lines and Stella Bissi Govo as the Match Commissioner.

Another center of attraction would be at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, where Northern Ladies battle Prisons Ladies in their second Group B match.

Both teams would be taking instructions from referees Juliet Afriyie. Alice Chakule, Gifty Agaridede Dora Agominaab are the first, second and fourth officials respectively. Constance Aze is the Match Commissioner.

The Valley View University Park would host Ampem Darkoa and Pearlpia ladies. Doris Aba Nstiful will officiate the match with assistance from Audrey Atanpagbire and Belinda K. Atave. Fadila Kassim will be the fourth official with Margaret Takyi as the Match Commissioner.
