Kumasi, July 04, GNA – Goldenlink Savings and Loans Limited, has opened a branch in Kumasi with a pledge to give strong support to small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs).
Dr. Emmanuel Owusu, the Managing Director, said it was eager to assist grow these enterprises with more flexible and low interest rate loans.
There was also a special facility for those determined to set up their own businesses.
The Kumasi office is the first to be established outside the national capital, Accra, and brings to three the number of branches – Tesano and Kwame Nkrumah Circle.
It received license from the Bank of Ghana to operate as a savings and loans company in 2016, and opened for business in February, this year.
Dr. Owusu announced that it had ever since mobilized in excess of GH¢25 million in deposit by its 650 customers.
The wide range of products and services it has been offering include salary account, G-link call account, diaspora account, G-link trader plus account, G-link trust account, G-link saver account, students’ savings, remittance – money gram, Western union, unity link and Ria.
He indicated that good customer care was at the heart of its thinking and everything it did.
Its vision was to establish strong presence – foothold across the country to bring efficient and excellent banking services to the people.
He encouraged business operators and individuals to save with it and said they would never regret the decision to do business with the company.
Mr. Edward Forkuo Kyei, the Company’s Chairman, promised diligent and more customer-friendly services.
He advised the people against keeping their money in their homes but to save with the bank.
