Edudiase secures first victory in premiership

Bekwai, Oct 21, GNA – New Edudiase United recorded their first victory in the three-week old Glo premier league with lone goal over visiting Tema Youth in their clash at the Bekwai Gyamfi Park on Sunday.              The only goal came in the 85th minutes through Sakyi Quaye when he weaved through the defence of Tema Youth and shot past goalkeeper Kofi Mensah.             Edubiase played their hearts out throughout the game but wasted their chances at goal especially in the first half.             Tema Youth in the second half also fought hard for the leader but their efforts were thwarted by the defence of Edudiase.          The last minutes of the game saw Edudiase on the war path and fought hard to maintain their lead.   GNA...
