Asante Kotoko arrived in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi on Wednesday ahead of the second round CAF Confederation Cup tie against Kariobangi Sharks on Saturday.
Kotoko flew in from Addis Ababa where they had been transiting from Accra.
After arrival and a lunch time meal, they went into their first training session to get ready for the match.
How did Kotoko meet Kariobangi?
The fixture was put together after Sharks beat Arta Solar 7 of Djibouti 10-1 on aggregate. For Kotoko, they were given a walkover over Eding Sport of Cameroon.
Eding could not be registered with CAF in time for the competition and thus, were thrown out.
The Kenyans have been calling on their fans to come and support the team on Saturday at the Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi.
