The maiden edition of the Super Raffle draw launched some weeks ago has ended, rewarding winners with cash prizes and home appliances.
At the end of the draw, a total of GH¢15,000.00 went to 30 people with each receiving either GH¢1,000.00, GH¢500.00 or GH¢250.00, while the other 20 winners received 55” and 43” TV sets, fridges, air fryers, blenders, kettles among other home appliances.
The Managing Director of Super Raffle, Derrick Ayisi Addo reiterated that the Supper Raffle is not a scam but sustainable, focused on supporting people and investing in the sporting industry, with special attention on the youth.
“Currently, there is a decline in interschool sporting activities and we would want to change the narrative and recruit good talent for export to access international platforms.
During the draw, winners who were informed about the prizes won were surprised and expressed excitements upon hearing the news.
A representative from the National Lottery Authority (NLA), was present to ensure the transparency and legitimacy of the draw.
He urged people to patronise Supper Raffle because “it is legit enough to make people’s lives better”, stressing on their mission to improve lives and not make profit.
The grand draw slated for January, 12 next year, will feature 30 cash winners with the ultimate winner going home with a brand new Geely CoolRay car worth over US$ 20,000.00.
One can participate in the grand draw by purchasing a raffle ticket worth GH20.00 using the USSD code *246*7# on all networks.
