This year's Ghana Build International Trade Exhibition Fair is scheduled to take place at the Accra International Trade Fair Centre from November 19 to 21.
About 108 exhibitors from Turkey, Asia, South Africa, Nigeria and United Kingdom are expected to partake in the event.
Minister of Works and Housing, Samuel Atta Akyea, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Carlos Ahenkorah, among others would grace the occasion.
West Africa Coordinator for Ghana Build Expo, Esther Laryea told the Ghanaian Times that more than 5,000 visitors including investors, business communities, diplomats, government delegations, manufacturers of building materials, manufacturers of heavy duty mining and construction equipment would throng the fair.
Activities to be undertaken, she said, include technical seminar, match making session while new construction methods, innovations and technologies for adaptation would also be on display.
She explained that the trade exhibition was geared towards fostering partnership and synergy between Ghana and Turkey through the private sector in the implementation of good policies and initiatives that inure to the people of both countries.
Madam Laryea said that this year's event was tailored to champion the development needs of the built industry in the country and strengthen partnerships between businesses.
"This in our estimation will help boost our infrastructural development and as we know infrastructure is critical to sustainable community development," she stated.
