Cameroon’s coach Hugo Broos has said he has prepared his strategy to beat Ghana in their semi final showdown in Franceville on Thursday night but refused to share any details.
The Black Stars will hope they can get revenge when they face Cameroon for the first time in the Africa Cup of Nations since 2008, when the Indomitable Lions beat the Black Stars in Accra in the semi finals of the the tournament.
Cameroon’s Belgian trainer has admitted the game won’t be easy against a “good” Ghana team.
“No one expected us to reach the semi finals. But we are here. We feel confident and we will like to go through [to the final].
“Ghana is a team that is always in the final and semi final so they’re a good team and I saw them play on video and I have my strategy in my hands, but I can’t tell you what it is,” he said.
The Indomitable Lions take on Ghana’s Black Stars at 7pm Thursday. The winner will face Egypt, who beat Burkina Faso on penalties to reach the final.
