Okwahu United’s 2024/25 league journey began with a shared point against Home Stars at home, but their momentum was halted by a loss to ADVSA in their first away fixture and second game of the season.
Despite demonstrating superior performance and dominance in both matches, Okwahu United’s failure to capitalize on scoring opportunities and defensive lapses have emerged as critical areas requiring improvement.
After missing out on promotion last season due to defensive vulnerabilities and inconsistent scoring ability as the team netted 28 goals and allowed in 20 goals in 30 league games, Okwahu United would be hoping to change the narratives this season.
