The East Dadekotopon Development Trust has asked the public to disregard a notice issued by Nii Kwade Okropong I and two others concerning BK Yemoh.
The notice, which was a public warning, was published in the July 12 and July 16 editions of the Daily Guide.
“We want the general public to know that said publication did not emanate from the East Dadekotopon Development Trust,” a rejoinder on Monday said.
The rejoinder issued by Nii Obour Fred Afful, the Chairman of the Trust, said the signatories are neither trustees nor workers of the Trust.
A High Court decision on July 31, 2017 is said to have declared Nii Kwade Okropong I, known in private life as Joseph Nii Nai Adjei, as lacking the capacity as trustee.
Neither are Gilbert Oblie Lomotey and Emmanuel Odoi Yemoh associated with the Trust, the rejoinder said.

A public notice regarding Emmanuel Odoi Yemoh not being an Executive Secretary of the Trust was published in the June 14, 2018 edition of the Daily Graphic.
