Ghanaian youngster Fuzy Taylor made his long-awaited first-team debut for GNK Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night as the Croatian giants cruised to a commanding 4-0 victory over Bedem in the Croatia Cup Round of 32.
The 18-year-old midfielder was handed a starting opportunity by the Dinamo technical team, marking a significant milestone in his development since arriving in Croatia.
Taylor joined Dinamo on loan from reigning Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC for the 2026/27 season, with the move providing him an opportunity to continue his development within one of Croatia’s most prominent football structures.
Before earning his senior-team opportunity, Taylor had featured regularly for Dinamo's B side, making three league appearances since his arrival.
The young Ghanaian has also been part of the team’s recent positive run, helping the side secure victories in their last two league outings and steadily building his confidence and match fitness.
His appearance against Bedem represents another important step in what has been a promising start to his European adventure.
Dinamo ultimately completed a comfortable 4-0 victory to advance in the Croatian Cup, with Taylor gaining valuable experience of senior-team football in a competitive environment.
The first-team debut is expected to further boost the teenager’s development as he seeks to establish himself within the club’s senior setup during his loan spell.
Taylor’s progress in Croatia will also be closely monitored by Medeama as the Ghanaian champions look to see one of their promising young talents gain valuable experience abroad.
With his first-team debut now secured, Taylor will hope to build on the milestone and continue pushing for more opportunities with the Dinamo Zagreb senior side as the 2026/27 campaign progresses.
