The second edition of the CAF Football Executive Management Programme, organised in partnership with the University of Cape Town (UCT), is set to conclude in Cape Town this week, with a graduation ceremony scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2026.
The programme forms part of the Confederation of African Football’s broader effort to strengthen football governance and administrative capacity across the continent, a key priority under CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the initiative has brought together senior football administrators from across Africa for an intensive executive learning experience.
Participants have undergone high-level training designed to equip them with the skills necessary to meet the increasing demands of modern football administration, leadership, and governance. The programme also reflects CAF’s strategic approach of partnering with leading institutions of higher learning to empower its Member Associations.
The conclusion of the programme marks another step in CAF’s long-term vision to promote professionalism, accountability, and effective leadership structures within African football institutions.
