Ghanaian striker Kwaku Karikari stole the show with a brilliant brace as Zeleznicar Pancevo thrashed Mladost Lucani 5â0 in the Serbian Super Liga.
Leading the line in an attacking setup, Karikari was at the heart of a ruthless attacking display that overwhelmed the hosts.
After Stefan Pirgic’s first-half penalty and Branislav Knezevic’s smart finish made it 2â0, Karikari took over in the second half. He struck on 62 minutes to make it 3â0, finishing confidently after Zeleznicar broke through Mladost’s tiring back line.
Nine minutes later, he added his second and the team’s fourth, coolly converting from a Pirgic assist to cap a dominant spell. A late Nikola Cirkovic own goal completed the scoring on 86 minutes.
The double takes Karikari to 21 appearances, 7 goals, and 1 assist in the 2025/26 Serbian Super Liga, underlining his growing importance to Zeleznicar’s attack.
Riding this impressive win and a strong recent run of form, Zeleznicar Pancevo now turn their attention to a tough away test against Cukaricki on Sunday, March 22.
