Vision FC coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has hailed his team's "amazing" 1-0 victory over Aduana Stars, which marks the club's first away win of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The crucial win, secured in Dormaa against one of the league's title contenders, stands as the most significant shock result of the latest match week. It concludes the first half of the campaign for Vision FC, propelling the team to 11th place in the standings and creating valuable distance from the relegation zone.
In his post-game remarks, Coach Agyemang emphasised the importance of self-belief for his young squad. "We've always asked them to believe in themselves. This is the youngest team in the Ghana Premier League, so what we needed was belief," he stated.
He expressed confidence that the landmark result would reinforce the team's mindset. "I think that this [win] will sell our message very well for them to realise that...they should be able to fight not only to win home games but be able to go away and also get the results. For us as Vision, our first away win this season is amazing."
The victory represents a major milestone for the team's development and resilience, proving their capability to compete and secure vital points on the road.
