The vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, is beginning her campaign tour of the Savannah Region on Friday, after completing a tour of the North East Region on Thursday.
She is touring the northern regions of Ghana to canvass for votes for NDC presidential candidate, Mr John Dramani Mahama, ahead of the December 7 general elections.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will spend the next two days in the Savannah Region to interact with market women, traders, artisans, NDC members, supporters and sympathisers, and the general public.
She will make a strong case to voters that a vote for Mr John Dramani Mahama is a vote for jobs, women empowerment, improvement in education at all levels, good governance and skills training and apprenticeship for the youth.
