Bournemouth coach Andoni Iraola has confirmed that striker Antoine Semenyo is available for selection against Arsenal on Saturday, despite advanced negotiations over a potential £65 million move to Manchester City.
"Semenyo will play tomorrow against Arsenal," Iraola stated. "Nothing is signed."
The Ghana international has reportedly agreed to personal terms with the Premier League champions, and discussions to trigger his release clause are in the final stages.
Semenyo's representatives are said to have been in Manchester this week finalising contract details, with a formal announcement expected soon.
The 25-year-old has been a standout performer for the Cherries over the past two seasons, combining pace, technical ability, and versatility to become one of the league's most coveted young forwards. His departure would be a significant loss for Bournemouth's attack.
Iraola, however, emphasised the player's current focus remains on club duty. Fans at the Vitality Stadium will therefore get what could be a final chance to see Semenyo in a Bournemouth shirt during the crucial clash with the title-chasing Gunners.
A transfer to the Etihad would represent a major career step for Semenyo, offering him Champions League football and the chance to develop under Pep Guardiola, while providing City with a dynamic and proven attacking option.
