Karim Zito has made it clear he is disappointed with Asante Kotoko’s four games without a win, a stretch that has tested both the team and its fans.
The coach believes the club should be doing much better, especially at this point in the season, and admits the pressure has grown as supporters grow frustrated.
"For disappointment is there. But at the end of the day, you as I've been saying all the time, I try to nobody register for Kotoko to stay at the bench definitely, but when you come into the club, we assess you and we see who understand the tactical play better than he starts," he told Asante Kotoko TV.
"So now this is a big opportunity for the rest who were not injured to also come into the game and do better before the others come. So this is how we are going to take.
"We don't talk about injury no more. Yes, it's very painful. It's very disturbing but I don't talk about it. We have to be ourself and do better to win before the rest come. But luckily for me some have started coming,"
Kotoko will hope to turn things around when they face Dreams FC on Sunday, December 14, at Baba Yara Stadium with kickoff set for 3 pm.
