12:00- Hello good afternoon and welcome to the live coverage of the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier clash between the Harambee Stars of Kenya and the Black Stars of Ghana at the MISC Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi.
Kenya will be aiming to pick their first point in the Group F after losing 1-0 to Sierra Leone in the opening fixture of the qualifiers while a victory today for Ghana will stretch their lead on top of the pile following their 5-0 trouncing of Ethiopia last year.
Kenya will go into the match with the loss of Victor Wanyama and some other key players.
Vice-captain David Owino, striker Jesse Were are also out injured, while defender Brian Mandela and winger Ayub Timbe are suspended.
12:15 - Patrick Matasi has been chosen to start as the goalkeeper for this afternoon's encounter against Ghana.
Abud Omar and Philemon Otieno are playing the right and left back roles for the Harambee Stars whilst Joash Onyango and Musa Mohammed partner at the central defence.
Ismael Athuman Gonzalez, Dennis Odhiambo along with Gor Mahia's Francis Kahata and Sweden based Eric Johanna are in the midfield.
Former Girona FC striker Michael Olunga and Ovella Ochieng' will be in attack.

12: 30 - Meanwhile, Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has named Maritzburg United goalkeeper Richard Ofori as his trusted man between the sticks with Reading defender Andy Yiadom playing at right back while Dan Opare will operate at left back.
Skipper on the day Daniel Amartey will operate in central defends with Udinese player Nicholas Opoku.
Afriyie Acquah is starting in midfield with US based Ebenezer Ofori and Christian Atsu as well as Edwin Gyasi.
Thomas Partey will play behind striker Abdul Majeed Waris.
Kwadwo Asamoah who is making a return to the team after four years will start from the bench.

01- Kenya have started the game brightly as they string their passes together with fun. Daniel Opare nearly cost Ghana there with a poor defending but Ovella Ochieng couldn't make anything out from it as the ball goes over the line.
02 - Ghana are currently enjoying some possession but over-elaboration from Christian Atsu quells off the attack of the West Africans.
04 - Ghana are playing poorly as Kenya captain Ovella Ochieng strikes a fierce shot at goalkeeper Richard Ofori, but the Maritzburg shot-stopper deals with it without any fuss. The Harambee Stars are all over the Ghanaians now.
06- Offside against Ghana. Atsu makes a smart run to collect Partey's pass but he has caught offside.
07- Free-kick to Ghana. Majeed Waris draws a foul for Ghana at the edge of the area. However, Partey blasts the free-kick into the sky.
10- Kenya nearly break through with a lofty ball but Michael Olunga did not reach the ball as Ofori grasp it.
11' - Ghana waste a corner.
12' - Kenya are looking confident on the ball.
13' - What a hit from Waris. The Nantes forward was put through by Gyasi but his shot went wide.
14' - The hosts are troubling the visitors with their long balls. Olunga beats the back line of Ghana after receiving a long ball from Omar but he's been flagged offside.
16' - Ghana nearly opened the scoring but Partey's shot was feeble to beat Matasi.
19' - Another chance goes begging for Ghana as Waris fails to connect with Andy Yiadom's delightful cross.
20' - Yellow card for Kenya's Abud Omar for reckless tackle on Gyasi. The first man to go into the book of referee Sikazwe.
22'- Chance for Ghana. Onyango slid to clear ball to corner. Can Ghana take advantage of the corner.
26'- A brilliant show-boot there from Gyasi but the end product leaves much to be desired. The crowd are cheering him though.
27' - Free-kick to Ghana as Daniel Opare has been picked from the back by Philemon Otieno. The Royal Antwerp right-back is lying on the deck.
