Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, the Founder and General Overseer of Action Chapel International, has expressed high hopes for the leadership of President-elect John Dramani Mahama, believing his second term will bring about positive changes for Ghana.
At a courtesy call to the president-elect, accompanied by members of the Apostolic Fathers, the renowned preacher conveyed his deep belief that Mahama’s time in office will be marked by transformation, healing, and a shift away from the negative narratives that have plagued previous governments.
“I believe that by God’s grace, who preserved you, kept you alive, and you didn’t die and you lived and you are still here, He will guide you, protect you, and give you what it takes to move this nation according to His mandate to where He wants to take this nation to,” said Archbishop Duncan-Williams, as he prayed for guidance and strength for the incoming president.
He went on to express confidence that Mahama’s return to power was part of a divine plan.
“I remember that when we talked in 2016, I had mentioned to you what I felt prophetically, that you will have to leave, and at the right time, you will come again. In 2020, we met again, and I said to you that Mr. President, you are not coming now, you will come after 2020.”
The Archbishop also reflected on his prophetic words from years ago and reaffirmed that 2020 marked the right moment for Mahama to fulfill his mission. “When 2020 ended, I was very confident, irrespective of whatever anybody said, that it was your time to come back to fulfill the mandate and finish your unfinished business,” he added.
