Criminal High Court Presided over by Justice Kofi Dorgu, has adjourned hearing of an application by lawyers of the embattled Chief Executive Officer of the Obengfo Hospital, Dominic Obeng Andoh, who is in Police custody for the murder of the Deputy Director of the National Entrepreneurship Innovation Programme (NEIP), Stacy Offei Darko, to the June 21, 2018, to allow the Attorney General’s department to respond to the application.
Jonathan Dzaisu, lawyer for the Obengfo CEO could not move his application because the AG’s department was only served with the notice for hearing this morning at about 8:30am.
A State Attorney, Francis Hullen Ansah, who was in court for a different matter prayed the court to adjourn the case to allow the Attorney General to respond to the substitute application.
EIB’s Wilberforce Asare reported that Justice Kofi Dorgu’s Court obliged the State Attorney and adjourned sitting to June 21, 2018 for the case to take its natural cause.
