The Koforidua Magistrate Court ‘B’ on Monday began trial of the Pantry worker at SDA Senior High School in Koforidua – Asokore in the Eastern Region accused of stealing food items meant for students.
The suspect stormed the court with a Bible swearing that he is innocent of the accusation.
The accused, Kwasi Agyemang has been charged with two counts of stealing and causing damage by the Prosecuting Officer Hayford Osei.
He was arrested on December 2, 2017.
On Monday, the Principal Witness, Augustine Adjah – a Teacher and Senior housemaster who also doubles as the Acting Assistant headmaster of SDA SHS mounted the witness box testifying that the accused indeed stole the items.
