The management of the Kejetia Redevelopment Project has rescinded its decision to dismiss a staff after he organised friends to manhandle an alleged gay man over the weekend as reported earlier on Tuesday by Abusua FM’s Osei Kwadwo.
The worker, name withheld was told by his superiors not to report to work after he organised friends to brutalise his co-worker, a kitchen staff who invited him to his house and later attempted to have sex with him upon arrival.
With just three days after our outfit published the story, management has quickly withdrawn its intention to sack him following continuous threats from the workers working on the project to lay off their tools should management unlawfully dismiss their colleague.
However, Workers Union of the Kejetia Redevelopment Project have also rescinded their decision to lay down tools as reported earlier.
Source at the project site confirmed to Abusua FM’s Osei Kwadwo that the alleged gay man has been fired by Mea Catering Service management.
